- Are you sick and tired of just getting through each day only to start the craziness all over the following day?
- Are you buried in clutter with no end in sight?
- Do you wish you could spend more time doing the things you love instead of taking care of the things you own?
- Have you recently decided enough is enough when it comes to busyness and clutter?
- Do you want to simplify your life while you’re still young/healthy enough to enjoy it?
If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions…then, you are in the right place!

Our mission here at Uncluttered Simplicity is to ENCOURAGE, EMPOWER, and EQUIP busy/overstressed women with the inspiration they need to create their best version of a simplified life.
In short, we are here to make your life just a little bit easier.
A tall order, we know. Why? Because every woman’s best version of herself is different. Just like every woman’s definition of ‘simple’ is different. And that’s totally okay!
For example, one woman may struggle with clutter, but she can manage her schedule like a boss.
Another woman may have a perfectly organized home, yet she has trouble slowing down and saying ‘no’ to constant busyness.
Our hope is that both of these women will find (judgment-free) encouragement here. Because, let’s face it, at some point in time we’ve all been in one of these womens’ shoes, haven’t we?
We are here to give you straightforward advice to help you:
- Eliminate clutter
- Organize your home
- Manage (and simplify) your schedule
- Increase happiness and comfort while living in a small home
- Be more productive
- Make positive changes to your home/work-life balance
- Become a (real) minimalist (if you want to)
Who are we? And, more importantly, are we even qualified to help you?
We’d like to think so, but we’ll let you be the judge.
Do we get restless and even stressed when our homes are a mess? ABSOLUTELY
Have we experienced the overwhelming effects of not being able to say no? YES
Have we experienced the joy and simplicity of living in a small home with our family? YES
Do we secretly dream of living in a large/lavish home? NOPE…not any more!
About Esther – Blogger at Uncluttered Simplicity
Esther is a mother of one four year old boy and in 2020 she joined Uncluttered Simplicity as a blogger. Esther has been living in a small home for most of her life and has had many years of experience with the need to break through the Clutter Cycle, in order to enjoy her home and family.
About Cheryl – Founder of Uncluttered Simplicity
Cheryl is a mother of three (already big) boys and in 2016, she founded the Uncluttered Simplicity blog. Since the start of her blog, she has travelled a personal (and sometimes very challenging) journey to become a minimalist and even went tiny for six months. She has paid off large amounts of debt and experienced the joy and simplicity of decluttering and organizing her small home and entire life. Recently, she was featured in The Journal-Advocate for a presentation she did on decluttering/organizing/simple living.
If our stories resonate with you, we’d love for you to stick around! However…
If you are looking for thousand-dollar organizational systems, a Pinterest-perfect home, and unrealistic ‘declutter your entire life in a weekend’ bull-hockey…
Move along, because you won’t find any of that here!
